My Review
This book follows the story of Madeline Whitter who is allergic to the world – in other words she cannot leave her home and go outside due to the very rare disease she has (SCID). I
I found this book such an easy read and actually ended up staying up till 2am (on a college night) to finish this book…

But honestly the use of graphology such as the handwritten notes, drawings and doodles, all courtesy of Nicola’s husband the incredible David Yoon, in this book and the structure of chapters made it such an intriguing and exciting read and it truly is a book you can not put down.
What I loved most about this book was how unique it was. Despite the fact it is a book with the main story-line being about a terminally-ill teenager who falls in love it really was not what I expected it to be – literally – plot twists asffff!!!
I LOVED HOW DIVERSE THIS BOOK WAS. I seriously am a huge believer of diverse books and I loveeeee reading things that explore everyone’s individuality’s. I feel we need more diverse books in today’s society as it allows us to celebrate and appreciate the differences between us all.
I cant really say much more without giving too much away and I don’t want to do that soooo GO READ IT ! ! ! ! !
