I have been taking a break from social media for the past 7 weeks and have slowly been introducing myself back to it and I’m officially back on my blog!!!
Today (October 10th) marks World Mental Health Day a day to spread awareness and understanding about mental health.
Fact: Over 260 million people suffer anxiety disorders
Fact: Over 300 million people suffer with depression
Fact: 1 in 6 people in the past week experienced a common mental health problem
As a society we must learn to be kinder to both ourselves and others. You cannot know what someone is going through or just how hard it was for them to get up or even leave the house today. Having personally and currently struggling with mental health issues the most important thing to remember is that it is okay to not be okay and you should never be ashamed of admitting that you need help. There are many useful organisations that can support you such as…

1- Turtles All The Way Down by John Green
First and most importantly is John Green’s Latest Novel which came out TODAY!! I got my copy in the post this morning and I cannot wait to dive in.
